Have you still had nightmares since we last met? Were they about those monsters you drew for me? You're a very creative girl. But you cannot let your fears take control of your imagination. In order for your nightmares to end, you have to face your fears. You have to face the monsters. Show them that you're not afraid. Do you understand? It's the only way.—Mary's therapist talking about the monsters that she sees in her nightmares before night one begins.
The Monsters are the main antagonists of Five Nights at Candy's 3. They are nightmarish incarnations of animatronics like RAT and CAT that haunt the mind of Mary Schmidt. They seem to be intent on preventing Mary from recovering her traumatic memories of the murders at the Rat & Cat Theater. They are also the Origami Cat's archenemies.
