The Monsters of the Forbidden Forest are a minor hostile species in Paradise P.D., only appearing in the episode "The World According to LARP". They are a group of Dungeons and Dragons monsters that reside in the Forbidden Forest and eat all kids who enter. In the end, it was revealed that they were just cats, that the kids were hallucinating as monsters, due to them being high.
Biography[]
In "The World According to LARP", Eric's mom disappeared into the forbidden forest and the Dungeons and Dragons crew needed to save her. However, Quohand was afraid to go in because of the alleged monsters that lived in there. Kevin remained skeptical but the other kids believed they were real. Camaro Bob warned the kids that there were, in fact, monsters in there that would eat them if they ever tried to go in there and he urged them to wait for Eric's mom to return. Camaro Bob went into the forest himself and was heard screaming for dear life as a monster beat him to death and ate him. Kevin knew that they couldn't just wait around while the monsters attacked people.
Kevin called Gina Jabowski down to go into the forest with them so they could defeat the monsters and save Eric's mom. When they went in there, they were engulfed in some kind of enchanted mist, which gave them all the superpowers of their Dungeons and Dragons characters, even Gina, who didn't even play the game.
The first monster they encountered was a troglodyte who was guarding a treasure chest. The Dungeons and Dragons crew argued among themselves over what was the right approach to destroying it but Gina just dove head first into burning it to death with her pyrokinetic abilities After killing the troglodyte, the Dungeons and Dragons crew retrieved a bunch of weapons from the treasure chest and used them to aide them on the rest of their journey.
Eventually, the Dungeons and Dragons crew came across a massive gathering of tens of hundreds of monsters, who were all thriving around a green burning campfire. Kevin told everybody to stay quiet and not make a single noise but then he farted, which got all of the monsters' attention. The gang was immediately discovered and they needed to act quick. They all sprung right into action and fought the monsters with their newly obtained weapons. The Dungeons and Dragons heroes used their weapons to slay all the monsters in an action packed battle but there was just too many of them. Luckily, Kevin was finally able to get his shit together by casting rainbow-based magic to blast all the monsters to death with his rainbow powers.
Their final monster they had to battle was Yog-Sothoth, who had kidnapped Eric's mom. The gang ran toward Yog-Sothoth for their final boss fight but at this time, the enchanted mist cleared up and everybody turned back to normal and Yog-Sothoth turned into a large orgy. Apparently, there were no monsters to begin with and this was all just a drug-induced hallucination the kids had after getting high on the "enchanted mist", which was really just the smoke from the burning radioactive weed. Camaro Bob admitted that the monsters were just a made up story that parents told the kids so that they'd stay out of Fuck Forest. The monsters they all thought they encountered were just cats, and the weapons they thought they got from a treasure chest were just dildos they got from an ice box.
