Moose-ians Tyrone and Pablo are the main antagonists of the Backyardigans episode "Garbage Trek".
Biography[]
When they first appear, they spot the Starship Collector on its way to collect garbage, following it as Tyrone beams down to a planet to send a false distress signal to the Collector. While Tasha, Uniqua, and Austin are on the planet, Pablo activates their ship's tractor beam to steal all the garbage from the Collector. Later, they follow the Collector to a planet with rings made of garbage, as they send another false distress signal to get the Collector close enough to a moon that they magnetized, locking them in place as they take all the garbage for themselves. They then sing about how they like the smell of garbage, and how it serves as fuel for their ship.
Later, the crew of the Collector finds a planet made of garbage near a black hole, but as they suck it up, they receive a distress signal from the Moose-ians, who are in the black hole because they ran out of fuel. The crew of the Collector attempts to rescue them, but their ship is so heavy from all the garbage that they also get sucked in. They dump out all the garbage for the Moose-ian ship, giving them enough fuel to escape the black hole. As they leave, they help the Collector out with their tractor beam, as the crew of the Collector thanks the Moose-ians for saving them as they explain that their ship uses garbage for fuel.
