Morana is a villainess in the Spawn comics. She was the miscarried daughter of Al Simmons and Wanda Fitzgerald used by Mammon as his pawn. In Spawn: Resurrection she was later retconned to an unborn son.
Morana originally appears as a shrouded figure behind Mammon. She was originally Wanda and Al's daughter before Mammon influences Simmons to hit Wanda in her womb and later takes the baby for himself. Under the care of Mammon Morana grew up to resent both her parents believing they threw her away and now under mammon's teachings becomes a Hellspawn in his name.
Morana would later take the Symbiote from Nyx and proves to be a dangerous foe attacking Wanda, Cyan, Al, and Nyx under Mammon's orders until Cyan called Al to command the Legion inside the symbiote and later Al calls on the legions and Morana is easily defeated and later on, Cyan and Nyx trapped both Morana and Mammon in Limbo.
In the Spawn: Ressurection, it were revealed that Spawn had a son, not a daughter, as he himself aborted. His abuse on Wanda was a false memory by the demons to get him into suicide. The Unborn child alongside Wanda was trapped in hell until Spawn saved them with Wanda fusing their unborn child into himself.
