She is also not afraid to go against Gods of a higher rank than her or stronger than her, and does not accept interference during her battles, being ready to fight anyone who gets in her way. She also knows how to analyze the fighting abilities of others well, as she was able to immediately understand Cú Chulainn's true strength thanks to their previous experience in which she was defeated by the Demigod.
Morrígan deeply hates Cú Chulainn for having defeated her in the past, and intends to take her revenge by killing him even going against the rules of the Apocalypse Tournament if necessary, despite being aware that if the way to counter his Gáe Bolg is impossible to do. She appreciates it when other Gods show insight, although she still acts arrogantly towards them.
Biography[]
Morrígan is the Celtic Goddess of War and Fate, and she is so strong that she has earned the nickname “Strongest Goddess”. During the times of the Ulster Cycle, she encountered Cú Chulainn, who manages to defeat Morrígan, becoming the only God who has ever succeeded. Seemingly, she has seen his Gáe Bolg and devastating battle frenzy, her scars possibly resulted by them.
After the proclamation of the Ragnarok Tournament, Morrígan participates in the meeting of the Gods' Council in which Zeus announces the Gods Fighters that would fight in the Ragnarok Tournament representing the Gods. Many Gods become angry at the absence of their names, including Morrígan who prepares to attack Zeus for the insult she has suffered, but the Goddess is blocked by Sun Wukong, which makes everyone notice that a name is missing from the list. That's when Zeus announces the Apocalypse Tournament between 16 Gods to win the last place in the Gods Fighters and the possibility of inserting a new law into the Constitution of Valhalla.
Morrígan also participates, and her opponent in the Round of 16 will be Nezha. While waiting for her match, Morrígan witnesses the battle between Cú Chulainn and Ra-Horakhty, being also the only one among the Gods aware of the latent strength of the Celtic Demigod due to her previous defeat. Following Cú Chulainn's victory, Morrígan reaches Zhuque, who has understood well why Cú Chulainn won, and the other members of the Four Symbols, revealing to them that she intends kill Cú Chulainn, even outside of the Apocalypse Tournament if necessary, and that if a way is not found to counteract the Gáe Bolg Cú Chulainn will win the Tournament.
Powers and Abilities[]
Overall Abilities: Morrígan is so strong that she has earned the nickname "Strongest Goddess". As a Goddess, Morrígan possesses physical abilities far superior to those of any ordinary Human. Her body cannot be damaged by mortal weapons, however it can still be damaged by unarmed attacks from individuals with superhuman strength and Divine Weapons. For the same reason, Morrígan is unable to die due to old age. Morrígan is also able to analyze battles and thus understand the strengths of the various contenders. The only God who was able to defeat her is Cú Chulainn. Morrígan has a tremendous presence, overwhelming enough to strike fear into Baihu, despite the Chinese God's usual overconfidence and arrogance.
