The Mortytown Locos are minor antagonists in the Rick and Morty episode "The Ricklantis Mix-Up".
They were voiced by Justin Roiland.
Background[]
Cop Rick and Cop Morty were alerted about a robbery that occurred at Fifth and <burp> Avenue, located in Mortytown. When they arrived at the Mortymart (the crime scene), Cop Morty inquired on what the robbers looked like, with the manager basically telling them that they were four regular-looking Mortys. Desperate for better answers, Cop Morty went up to two Mortys who were busy spray-painting a wall. When the two of them started insulting him, he threatened one of them until the other had to admit that it was the Mortytown Locos.
The two cops tracked the Locos down to a dilapidated old building. Inside, three of the four Locos were watching a report about a Morty running for president. There was also a Rick mixing up his own portal fluid. One Loco asked him whether or not he would lick his balls when the Morty in question became president, prompting the Rick to reply he would lick anything that wasn't nailed down as long the Locos kept supplying him with "squap-squams and nib-nibs". The cops suddenly broke in, demanding that the Rick and the visible Locos surrender. Cop Rick went over to the fluid asking if it was what it was, with Cop Morty confirming that it was boot-legged. The Rick making the fluid tried to escape through a portal, but he disintegrated upon making contact with it.
Cop Rick scouted for the last Morty, while Cop Morty restrained the other three. He found the last one in a room designed like a baby crib, crying. When he asked if he was his new Rick, Cop Rick took him in his arms. The Mortytown Loco stabbed him in the shoulder. Cop Rick threw him off and shot him. Cop Morty sent Cop Rick out to get a medipack from the car. While he did this, Cop Morty destroyed the building with an explosive with the rest of the Locos perishing in the blast.
Cop Morty later reported the success to his supervisor, Big Morty.
