Mr. Blingo is a minor antagonist in Smiling Friends who appears in the Season 2 episode, "Mr. President."

Biography

Mr. Blingo is the corrupt and murderous dictator of Blingostan. He is infamous for committing genocide and wiping an entire race off the face of the earth. During a meeting with President Jimble, Mr. Blingo receives Jimble's clueless endorsement, and Jimble pledges that the United States will support him all the way despite being expected to condemn him. Blingo's troops are then seen wreaking havoc on a village by invading, dropping bombs, and crushing people with tanks.

Appearance

He is an orange, tall, overweight humanoid with two eyes sitting atop his head. He has a giant nose with marks on it, blushing cheeks, and giant lips. He wears a light blue suit with a white dress shirt underneath, along with a yellow tie and brown shoes.

Personality

Not much is known about Mr. Blingo considering we only saw him briefly, but it can only be assumed that he’s a psychopathic, genocidal, remorseless, corrupt, and cold hearted war criminal leader considering his heinous crimes against humanity. He's also merciless, ordering his troops to massacre entire villages without reason, and he's claimed to have eradicated an entire ethnic group. Despite this, he appears to put on a respectable and affable front for diplomatic reasons, shaking hands with Jimble.

The current President of the United States, Jimble, unintentionally publicly supports him, referring to him as an “eternal ally of the United States.” Bolstered by this endorsement, Mr. Blingo orders his military to massacre an entire civilization, including slaughtering a village and mistreating animals.
