Biography[]
Past[]
At some point in the early 21st century, Peace Corp created artificial intelligences to degrade human society into empty vessels for mindless entertainment, the result of two centuries of manipulation by Peace Corp for its own gain. However, these AIs eventually went rogue and tried to take over the system themselves, becoming Robillionaires as they became the wealthiest beings on the planet, shoving humanity into the second most intelligent lifeforms on Earth. Among these was an AI named Aliguieri Bullet III, also known as Mr. Bullet, who became the fourth richest Robillionaire by the 2090s, gaining a net worth of $803,234,755,666.
As a Robillionaire, Mr. Bullet controlled the products that fed humanity's hyper-consumerist society, keeping the masses of near-mindless organics enslaved under him, as humanity had become increasingly addicted to dopamine and sought any form of short-term pleasure and satisfaction over reasonable and fulfilling goals. Mr. Bullet, like most Robillionaires, lived in extreme wealth and opulence, perpetrating the cycle of oppression on the organics. However, he eventually grew tired of this, realizing that Peace Corp was still behind the cycle of chasing dopamine urges- and even robots were susceptible, indulging in luxuries that they had no real need for, even trying to cover themselves with skin in some cases. Additionally, Peace Corp reestablished itself as a supposed front for an anti-Robillionaire resistance movement, keeping the masses on their side by hiring "Moderators" to hunt down Robillionaires.
To combat this, Mr. Bullet sought to find any proof of another world or higher power in search of something beyond the depraved planet, seeking to harness potentially infinite power from these other worlds to destroy Peace Corp and the system they had forced the world into- or let the world burn in meaninglessness if there was nothing out there.
Mullet MadJack[]
In 2096, to start his plan, Mr. Bullet kidnapped the Influencer (also known as Princess), a young woman with over 2 billion followers worldwide, bringing her at gunpoint to his twin skyscrapers. This prompted Peace Corp to start up a livestream of rescuing her, contracting Moderator Jack Banhammer for the job. Jack, contacted while driving his car down a highway, was given the task and offered the prize of a new pair of shoes- only to nearly ram right into the skyscrapers' entrance, where Mr. Bullet was standing with the Influencer at his feet. As Jack narrowly skidded to a stop, Mr. Bullet sealed himself behind multiple layers of doors and started going up the tower with the Influencer in tow, sending his robot henchmen to stop Jack.
As Jack fought his way through all the robots, Mr. Bullet took the Influencer up the left tower, Jack blasting his way through each floor in pursuit. Eventually, Jack closed in on Mr. Bullet's location, but Mr. Bullet simply brought in one of his fellow Robillionaires, the Cyberholder (true named Beholdo Bigsight), to stand in Jack's way. In the time Jack took to destroy the Cyberholder, Mr. Bullet escaped further up with the Influencer, leaving an arcade machine to mock Jack with a message of Jack being too late, having already taken the Influencer to the 20th floor. Mr. Bullet called Jack's mission nothing more than a game under control of the unseen audience (referencing the 4th wall and player indirectly), his recording laughing before Jack blasted the screen.
On the 20th floor, Mr. Bullet placed a fellow Robillionaire named Chainsaw Boy (true name Chainsaw Goldar) in Jack's way. Jack quickly destroyed the chainsaw-wielding robot, and found Mr. Bullet with the Influencer still in hand- but Mr. Bullet sealed himself behind a blast door before Jack could reach him. Jack used one of Chainsaw Boy's eyes to unlock the door, but found that Mr. Bullet had already gotten away.
Eventually, Jack and his Peace Corp handler traced Mr. Bullet up to the bridge linking the twin skyscrapers, where Mr. Bullet had the Influencer tied to a chair. Jack arrived, finding the Influencer alone- and discovered that it was just a robot decoy. The robot imposter mocked Jack before self-destructing, blasting Jack away. In reality, Mr. Bullet had already made it to the other skyscraper, and had the Influencer tied to a stake and bleeding. Mr. Bullet also sent out several robot snipers to kill Jack, although Jack got his own Peace Corp sniper rifle and fought back, destroying all the snipers. In retaliation, Mr. Bullet himself came out with his own rifle, both him and Jack taking aim at each other- and Mr. Bullet shot first, killing Jack with a headshot.
As Jack lay dead, Mr. Bullet laughed and gloated, calling out how Jack's life was nothing more than entertainment, and that Jack's mission was all for nothing more than a pair of shoes- before admitting that he empathized with that, revealing that he too owned such a pair, and that many robots would pay a high price to have skin. Mr. Bullet then addressed how Peace Corp engineered needs that the populace did not have in order to enslave the people as consumers, and that he would break the cycle, revealing that he was draining the Influencer's virgin blood to power a ritual managed by his supercomputers, who were scouring the internet for every known magic sigil. Mr. Bullet declared that he will use this ritual to find something else out there, whether it be angels, demons, or God Himself, to summon and harness limitless power to finally break the consumerist chains that bound the globe. Additionally, Mr. Bullet smugly noted that if the ritual failed to yield any results, then the world will finally fall into ultimate despair upon realizing that there is truly nothing out there, no reward for all their toils and no escape from their living hells.
Mr. Bullet then took the Influencer higher up the towers to complete the ritual on the rooftop, having Jack's body sent to be confined in a room within the towers. However, Jack was promptly resurrected by Peace Corp's Brain Resurrection Wizard program, as he was too popular to lose. With Jack back in action, he resumed his mission, Mr. Bullet sending more Robillionaires to stop him- Samuray (Midory Nakamura), Wallducker (Sam Allen York), and Robot Hunter (Bartholomeo Hydra), although Jack slew each one, using their parts to open the doors to the higher floors. Finally, Mr. Bullet deployed one last Robillionaire in Jack's way- and then killed the Robillionaire himself, tearing out his compatriot's vital components that could be used to open the next door, trapping Jack in the lower levels. However, Brain Resurrection Wizard's AI companion, Mr. Dopamine, detected that the security system could be bypassed by Jack beating a "boss" robot, and sacrificed himself in a rock-paper-scissors match to get Jack through, as Mr. Dopamine was automatically deleted by the system afterwards.
Finally, Jack reached the rooftop to confront Mr. Bullet, who had just finished the ritual, the Influencer left unconscious and drained. To Mr. Bullet's anger, the ritual yielded no results- every possible sigil combination with the Influencer's blood failed to summon anything, leading Mr. Bullet to believe that there was truly nothing beyond, and thus no hope or greater meaning to anything. However, Mr. Bullet then gleefully declared that it meant that Robillionaires were the supreme beings after all, intending to use that newfound realization of power to upend society and destroy Peace Corp himself, starting with Jack. Mr. Bullet then entered a mech suit known as Roboto 0095, taking flight and circling around the roof while firing at Jack and becoming increasingly maniacal. Jack eventually managed to damage Roboto 0095 enough to cripple it, but before it could fall out of the air, Mr. Bullet fired a massive barrage of missiles at the rooftop, making Jack grab the Influencer and dive off the building with her. The humans plummeted down the skyscraper until they landed in a pool of water, saving their lives. This allowed Jack and the Influencer to get into Jack's car, making a fast escape down the highway.
Mr. Bullet, able to get his suit active again, ordered his henchmen to hunt down Jack, multiple car-bound robots trying to stop Jack but getting blown away by Jack's firepower. Finally, Mr. Bullet himself flew down to blast Jack's car, screaming at Jack while unleashing his full arsenal, but Jack shot down Mr. Bullet's missiles and blasted apart his shield with a railgun. Mr. Bullet then trailed behind Jack with his mech heavily damaged, but refused to give up the fight, madly tearing down the highway after Jack while still screaming. In response, the Influencer took the wheel and activated the car's rear minigun, which Jack manned and used to blast Roboto 0095 apart, the explosion destroying Mr. Bullet's body. Mr. Bullet's still-active head landed in Jack's hands, where the Robillionaire, feeling himself dying, sputtered out that he could see nothing on the other side, only darkness. Regardless, he still proclaimed that he won, for there was no God. Mr. Bullet then shut down, and Jack punted his head into the sky, where it exploded.
Later, Jack and the Influencer took a rest overlooking the sunrise, where the Influencer revealed she wasn't a virgin after all, meaning that Mr. Bullet's ritual never truly worked.
