Charles Montgomery Plantagenet Schicklgruber Burns, or better known as Mr. Burns, is the main antagonist of "Survival of the Fattest", the second segment of The Simpsons Halloween special "Treehouse of Horror XVI".
He is the richest man of Springfield and the owner of the city's Nuclear Power Plant. However, one night, Burns invites many of Springfield's citizens to a dinner at his manor with the promise of them participating on a hunting. However, once his guests eat and meet up with him, Burns reveals that the prey of the hunting would be them, promising to spare the one who survives until the next morning.
Like his original version, he was voiced by Harry Shearer. This version is supposed to spoof General Zaroff from The Most Dangerous Game.
Biography[]
Mr. Burns gives Homer and Springfielders a note to hunt in his mansion. Homer ignores family warnings and goes. Burns hunts them without their knowledge. After his lawyer writes something that "should work in just about every courtroom" (and is shot by Burns), he gives everyone five minutes (except Comic Book Guy, who sarcastically says he would rather be shot right then and there, so he is), but he kills almost everyone, including Moe, who is impaled on a weather vane and crushed by Wiggum.
While the Simpsons watch the hunt on TV, the survivors hide in a forest where Homer eats Professor Frink and Burns' attack helicopter shoots everyone but him. Homer survives the night as his pals die and uses Barney's body to fool Burns. He falls from a tree, and Burns is about to shoot him, but Marge knocks him and Smithers out with frying pans and beats Homer for being out for eighteen hours without calling. Marge's pan smells like sausages and onions, so Homer can't stay mad. Marge says she's glad Homer's okay.
