Mr. Callasantos a minor character in Marvel Comics. He is the husband of Marcella Callasantos and father of Lucia, Maria, Matteo and Carolina despite being their father Mr. Callasantos never cared for his children similar to his wife. Mr. Callasantos is only mentioned when Lucia and Maria tell the story of their childhood. Mr. Callasantos' name is never mentioned his real name is unknown because Lucia and Maria only call him dad or father.
Biography[]
Mr. Callasantos was a father of four children and the husband of Marcella he was abusive to his wife and children he was also a drunk and drug addict. He had no love for his wife and children constantly fighting and arguing with each other and their children. Once Matteo and Carolina were born Mr. Callasantos left his family because he couldn't handle raising four kids with no job. When Mr. Callasantos left Marcella's conditions got worse become more drunk and abusive blaming her kids saying that they were the reason dad left.
Mr. Callasantos had the habit of blaming things on his kids and wife when things went wrong in his life or when bad things happened. Because Mr. Callasantos left the family while Maria was still at an early age Maria couldn't remember what their father was like but Lucia still remembered everything. To Maria she thought their dad was a good man and their mother and younger siblings were the reason their father left. Maria blamed everything on their mother and twin siblings just like how their mother and father blamed everything on their children even themselves. Not long after Mr. Callasantos left Marcella remarried to a boyfriend named Harry Bellinger this made Maria even more angry towards her mother. Later on the Callasantos family received news about Mr. Callasantos death he died from a drug overdose which filled Maria up with even more rage and anger.
Even though Mt. Callasantos died his choice to leave the family made things worse causing Marcella's alcohol and drug addictions to get worse. His choice to leave also lead Marcella to get remarried to Harry who was not only an abusive, drunkard drug addict but he also tried cheating on Marcella with her own children by pawing at them and trying to rape them.
