Mr. Charles is a minor antagonist from We Bare Bears, serving as the unseen overarching antagonist of the episode "Icy Nights" and the overarching antagonist of its sequel, "Icy Nights II". He is the father and superior of Barry Charles and the head of an unnamed billion dollar company that desperately tries to steal the tech of Ice Bear's Roomba for profit purpose.
He is voiced by Keith David, who also voiced Flame King in Adventure Time.

He is quite strict to Barry since he reminds his son that the company is not his playground.
History[]
Mr. Charles is the head of a billion dollar company that seeks to steal Roomba's tech for profit. As such, his son Barry is determined to earn the respect of his father by stealing Roomba.
In "Icy Nights II", he contacts his son to ask if everything is under control. Barry, who has lured Ice Bear into a trap, says that everything is going as planned and he has the vacuum cleaner. Mr. Charles simply tells Barry to bring the tech to him and not screw it up, since their company is a billion-dollar company, not Barry's playground. He's not seen after that scene.
