Mr. Delfalco is the secondary antagonist of the Horror video game 2023 Dead Signal, In which he appears in the cameras of Ronald's screen. He is an individual of Italian origin who disposes of the evidence of the crimes in which he is involved at Professional Cleaning. Unlike the other operators, Mr. Delfalco works independently without any ties.
Appearance[]
Mr. Delfalco is a tall man who wears sunglasses and a straw hat Black. He speaks Italian when he hunts for the player and wears a long black coat. He also wears a white shirt and also appears to be holding a Saw ready to attack Ronald.
Personality[]
Mr. Defalco's behavior is a complete mystery, but when he attempts to kill Ronald his true sadistic nature is revealed by silencing the victim. It seems that Mr. Defalco likes to whistle in the hallways to alert Ronald to his own presence. Mr. Defalco says practically nothing except when he goes hunting, in which that is practically a mystery but otherwise there is not much information about him other than the mention of The Shade.

Dead Signal[]
At first Mr. Delfalco will only appear in the cameras as all the suspects. But he's the only one who stares at the camera, but after when he has been Reported the Shade warns Ronald to be careful of Mr. Delfalco's presence and to be very careful about him. The Shade says that Mr. Delfalco is a professional cleaner and is the one who cleans up a dead body or two without leaving any evidence. Once Reported Mr. Delfalco will appear at the end of the hallway ready to threateningly attack Ronald, he likes to whistle to alert Ronald of his arrival. There are two Death Animations of Mr. Delfalco one in particular where he lunges at the hallway and slits Ronald's throat, then another animation where Mr. Delfalco kills Ronald by surprise and then silences him if the protagonist does not hide.

Trivia[]
- Mr. Delfalco's appearance has a small resemblance to the man in the poster of Welcome to the Game: John's Chapter
- Mr. Delfalco has multiple voice lines, all in Italian.
- While there is no confirmation of this, Mr. Delfalco's role implies that he may be part of a larger operation similar to Adam's, with some speculation leaning towards involvement in the New York underground mafia. Based on Adam's message sent in-game when Ronald spots him, it's likely that he is not involved in Adam's organization. Not yet, at least.
- As of version 1.0.6., there is a bug that occurs when Delfalco encounters the player as they leave the bathroom after peeking too much. It's likely that it was intended for him to catch them off guard with his weapon and pull them aside. However, in this sequence, both he and the player are transported to a section of the map under the roof for the animation.
- Another strange glitch that occurs is when he leaves through the C door on any hallway to pursue the player. Delfalco's knife is not attached to his model. Therefore, it will float up out of the floor and into his hand when he starts running, then float out of his hand and back down through the floor when he stops to stare at the player in the elevator.
