Larry Dittmeyer (or Mr. Dittmeyer) is the main antagonist of 1995's The Brady Bunch Movie.
He was portrayed by Michael McKean, who also played Bill Case in Casper: A Spirited Beginning, Chuck McGill in Better Call Saul, Perry White in Smallville, Elias Grace in Law & Order, Sarousch in The Hunchback of Notre Dame II, Horace in the 101 Dalmatians franchise, Snow Miser in The Year Without a Santa Claus, Ian Peek in Batman Beyond, Emperor Zing in American Dad! and LG Algae in The Angry Beavers.

He is the Bradys' next-door neighbor and owns a real estate agency. He was mentioned countless times in the show, but only by name and was only seen in one episode. He has persuaded everyone on the block to sell their houses to him so that he can help sanction a corporation to build a residential mini mall in their place.
However, the Bradys didn't want to sell their home and it leads him to have to take unscrupulous and potentially illegal measures as a means of forcing them to do it so that the deal he has will go through as he has planned it to.
His family's style of living is meant to show a trashy form of living in the 1990s. A running gag throughout the film is that his wife (played by Jean Smart), is constantly hung over and makes it no secret that she wants to sleep with Mike, Greg, and Peter Brady (the latter of which she's presumably successful at during the film's satirical closing credits scene).
