Mr. Dooley is the main antagonist of Tomato Sawyer and Huckleberry Larry.
He is portrayed by Mr. Nezzer.
History[]
Mr. Dooley is first seen after Clark Wayne points him out when he eats some Jerky. Later on, he pulls a small tree out of the ground. He also forces his lumberjacks to work hard and never sing. After seeing four lumberjacks, he tells Otto to call Big Jim. After he helps move a large log, Clark Wayne reveals that Mr. Dooley witnessed Big Jim allegedly steal a lot of turkey jerky and sentenced him to work at his lumber business. Soon he gives Jim some jerky. Soon after hearing that one of his workers got hurt and goes to check, he tells Steve to look after Jim only for him to get a smoothie. After Jim escapes, he forms a posse and chases him, only for the gourd to escape.
Sometime later, he encounters Tom and Huck and tells them about Big Jim. He also tells them to about his crime. He gives them signal flares and tells them to light one if they see him. He says that he was looking for turkey jerky. Soon he plans on visiting Muscatine. After seeing the flare and returning to the camp, the pair escape with Big Jim and soon he groans after his goons are unable to help.
Later on, Mr. Dooley tracks Huck and Jim along with the King and the Duke. Soon he arrives at the fair. After that he gives the two gourds money after they turn him over. Soon after he escapes, he snatches it back and chases him and after a bit he fires a flare at him. Soon he witnesses Jim falling onto the Ferris wheel and later gets flung from it to the amphitheater. Soon he tries to chase him only for Clark Wayne to trip him and causes him to drop two bags of turkey jerky. His goons soon turn on him after witnessing this and he nervously tells a store owner he was going to pay for it. However, Clark Wayne indirectly reveals that Mr. Dooley had framed Big Jim for the Jerky theft years prior. Seeing he was busted, he attempts to escape, only to be caught by Clark Wayne using Tom's fishing pole. As he's being arrested, Mr. Dooley berates Clark Wayne for getting involved. However the narrator tells him the moral of helping when you can.
