Mr. Greentoes is the main antagonist of the Moville Mysteries episode "Gnome Sweet Gnome". He is a garden gnome who is responsible for stealing things in Ouigee Falls, so he can bring back his kind, and put the people of Ouigee Falls under the Transference Spell, which would turn them to inanimate objects like him and his kind.

He was voiced by Patrick Page, who also portrayed Norman Osborn in Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, the Grinch in the short film of the same name, Judge Claude Frollo in the musical adaptation of The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hades in Hadestown, Calvin Huntley in Chicago P.D. and Satan in Helluva Boss.

Biography

He first appears when the 4 talk about that their property is gone and likely stolen. He is shown to have stolen from other houses offscreen as the list Mo made listing the objects stolen is any indication. He's then seen in his inanimate form next to Hitch when they are at Ms. Tingle's house, and Hitch gets dirty thanks to being next to Greentoes, who is covered in bird poop, he tries to wash the gunk off and finds the items that were stolen. He is then seen again in his inanimate form when Hitch is trying to hide to avoid getting caught by Ms. Tingle.

He then hides in a tree and throws a birdbath at Mo and Hitch and they run and the birdbath destroys a bench. Mo notices the pillowcase containing the stolen items is missing, indicating Greentoes took it back. He presumably throws a plastic flamingo at the boys, which hits a tree. He then appears in front of Mo, in his inanimate form when put by Ms. Tingle. Tingle then carries Greentoes away.

He is hidden, but throws a gargoyle at the two boys, who survive getting crushed by the gargoyle. He then is running, hidden in the shadows, trying to get away. The boys follow him in pursuit. When the boys follow him in a graveyard, he throws a statue at them, but they survive. He then throws a squirrel statue at them, but Mo catches it. Then the two follow Greentoes' footprints, which lead to a well, which happens to have stairs. They go to the well.

They find a audience of inanimate garden gnomes, holding the stolen objects. Greentoes then appears with a book, and brings back his kind from their inanimate state. He then tells them he freed them from the spell which turned them inanimate. He then tells them to give him the stolen items, as the book he has says they must stay in his possession until midnight. He then notices Mo and Hitch, and tells them the items he stole were needed for the Transference Spell, a spell which transfers the gnome's curse on the owner of their possessions. He tells Mo he was very clever, and tells Mo and Hitch it would be a pleasure to turn both them into fire hydrants.

Earlstone tells him if he has jewels, Greentoes says he and the other gnomes didn't get any. They recall them getting turned into inanimate gnomes by a witch named Grundegulda. The gnomes call him out on his failures. He tries to make an excuse, but fails. Then Hitch throws a inanimate gnome at Greentoes and the other gnomes, hitting them. He and the other gnomes chase the two. Greentoes then gets turned back into a inanimate garden gnome thanks to it being midnight.
