Mr. Harrison is a minor antagonist in Family Guy appearing in the episode "Mr. Griffin Goes to Washington". He is a thief that buys a toy factory so that he can take over the world.

Biography[]
After acquiring the Happy-Go-Lucky Toy Factory, the company began to draw scrutiny.
When Peter, one of the employees, expressed his misgivings, the owner or CEO quickly elevated him, making him President to distract him.
Faced with an imminent threat a proposed antismoking bill in Congress the executive then sent Peter to Washington to fight it.
The narrative culminates with the executive attending a press hearing where his company was mandated to pay a $100 million fine to Congress.
