Mr. Isley is a minor antagonist of the Harley Quinn 2019 animated series. Mr. Isley is the abusive father of Poison Ivy who abuses his daughter emotionally and physically.
Mr. Isley is voiced by Jim Rash who also voices Riddler in the same series.
Mr. Isley appears in the episode, "Harley Quinn Highway" as he is seen mocking his daughter, Pamela Isley for having no one attending her birthday party as he thought that she would have at least one friend. Later in "All the Best Inmates", Poison Ivy reveals when she found out Mr. Isley was cheating on her mother with a maid, Mr. Isley smacked her on her face and this made her lose hope on humanity.

Mr. Isley is a very abusive person. He is shown to mock his daughter for having no friends. He even cheats on his wife and doesn't care when he hits his daughter.
