Mr. Katz is a supporting antagonist in the Class of '09 franchise.
He is voiced by Christopher McCullough who also voices Foxy the Pirate in the Five Nights at Freddy's game series.
He is the Civics teacher in the first two installments and later becomes the AP History teacher in the third installment, The Flip Side.
While he may seem like just an average man, he does have some terrible habits, such as drug addiction to cocaine, and is willing to date his student Jecka to give her better grades after she pretends to confess her love for him. His cocaine addiction became so severe that he stopped showing up to his job and was willing to extort Nicole into selling him cocaine, and assist in her charity fraud just for a fix, despite her calling out his hypocrisy for lecturing her about how what she was doing was bad. He flees when the police bust their drug deal, to no avail, as he is shot by the mall cop anyway. When dating Jecka, he takes her off of school grounds and attempts to get her to wear baby clothes, suggesting he has a fetish for age play. He also tries to get her to pretend to be his daughter, suggesting he may have mental problems related to some unexplored trauma. When Jecka breaks off their disturbing and inappropriate relationship, he extorts her by threatening to fail her, and later follows through with this threat, causing her to get in trouble with her abusive father. Jecka does end up reporting his actions to Miss Ames, which is implied to result in Mr. Katz's arrest.
Appearance
In the first game he was mainly a recolor of Mr. Burladay, having similar features like a generic face, green eyes and a slightly heavy body shape to him and but has short-combed black hair and does not wear glasses.
Starting from Re-Up he still has green eyes and does not wear glasses but he does have much more frazzled black hair with graying temples, noticeably more olive skin and a much boxier head, most likely implied to be side affects of the cocaine he snorts.
