Mr. Pussbubble (AKA Meg Ryan) is a recurring antagonist in Paradise P.D.. He is a member of the Paradise Nuking Survivors, who has been mutilated with a grotesquely disfigured face from the explosion, which has given him a massive yellow boil in the place of one of his eyes. He is only capable of making loud noises instead of talking.
He is voiced by Dana Snyder.
Biography
In "Top Cops", Mr. Pussbubble made an appearance along with all of the other Paradise Nuking Survivors, swearing revenge on Gerald Fitzgerald for being the one responsible for putting him into the mutanted state he's in now. Mr. Pussbubble planned to violently torture and kill Fitz by melting his face off when he found him. However, Mayor Karen Crawford wanted to protect Fitz so she lied to the mutants, saying that she had him sent to prison, where he's being tortured by Jared Leto's Joker. Mr. Pussbubble and the mutants found this to be proper retribution for Fitz and called off the attack. Little did they know, Karen had actually pardoned Fitz and put him in witness protection.
Mr. Pussbubble would eventually find out the truth about Fitz in "How the Cookie Crumbles", when he and a few other mutants went onto a fake Family Feud game, being hosted by none other than Fitz himself. At first, Mr. Pussbubble didn't know it was him because he was in disguise as Steve Harvey. However, when the real Steve Harvey showed up to call out Fitz for being an imposter. The two got into a fight, which Fitz won, but still had his cover blown by Dusty Marlow, who shot his mouth off. Upon this horrifying realization that Fitz was no longer in jail, Mr. Pussbubble joined right in with the rest of the mutants in stampeding to annihilate him. However, Dusty used pizza to scare the mutants and ward them off for long enough for Fitz to escape.
Later, Mr. Pussbubble was part of a mutant gathering in the Mutant Ghetto, where they all planned to get revenge on Gerald Fitzgerald after all. There, they were joined by Agent Clappers, who was also mutated by Fitz and wanted to make sure that Fitz would feel the same pain as him and the other mutants. Mr. Pussbubble interjected with his nonsensical gibberish and Agent Clappers agreed wholeheartedly with him and addressed him as "Meg Ryan".
Mr. Pussbubble would take the backseat during all of the exploits in getting revenge on Fitz and just be a background character for the time being.
In "PARAD-ISIS", Mr. Pussbubble joined all of the other mutants in trapping Fitz in The Mutifier, which was a machine designed to mutate Fitz into a grotesquely misshapen abomination just like all of his victims. However, Fitz reversed the effects of the machine and caused it to mutate the outside world. Because the mutants were already mutated, they all got de-mutated and went back to their normal selves. Mr. Pussbubble's de-mutation was not shown on screen but due to his presence there, it can be safely implied that he was reverted back to his true self again, the likes of which we've yet to see.
