Nathaniel Essex better known as Mister Sinister is the main antagonist of the Deadpool video game. He is a supervillain who plans to harvest mutant DNA to make himself more powerful and uses his clone army to defeat his foes.

He was voiced by Keith Ferguson, who also voiced David Thorpe in Fallout 76.

Biography[]

Mr. Sinister hired Chance White, a corrupt celebrity and sends Marauders to save him from Deadpool due to the latter attempting to kill him for debt that Chance owed to Deadpool. Deadpool would kill Arclight but the rest of the Marauders would take Chance White to Essex. Chance White would set up the satellites for Essex to use to harvest mutant corpses. Essex would betray Chance and order Blockbuster to kill him, due to not having any more uses for Chance. Deadpool would kill another Marauder, Vertigo and swiftly kick Blockbuster. Deadpool would aim his gun at Essex and demand for the money that Chance owed him. Essex would easily defeat Deadpool using his telekenisis to knock him out. Essex would go with Blockbuster to absorb mutant corpses for their DNA in Genosha. Deadpool would go after Essex, killing a clone of Essex and rescuing Rogue from Blockbuster by killing Blockbuster. Cable would put a halt to the absorbing of mutant corpses. Deadpool would infiltrate Essex's base. Essex would command his clones and the Clones of the Marauders to attack Deadpool. Deadpool would kill all of the clones and the real Essex appears. He stuns the X-Men and starts to make fun of Deadpool. Deadpool would beat Essex in the crotch and used the boot of a Sentinel to defeat and kill him.

Appearance[]

Mister Sinister is a man with gray skin, black hair, red eyes, and a red diamond in his head. For clothing, he wears a dark gray one-piece suit with a red diamond shape in the chest, a red cape, black outfit, a red belt, and black boots.
