Mr. X is the overarching antagonist of the Criminal Minds episode "Killer App". He is the CEO of Peakstone, a Military company which sent Civilian Drone Pilots to the US Military.
He was portrayed by Wallace Langham.

Background[]
Nothing about Mr. X's past is known, not even his name, but what we do know is that he is the CEO of Peakstone, a military company which would send Civilian Drone Pilots to the US Military. he has several connections to the US governments and mercenaries and would help personnel in the Middle east.
On November 18, 2015, he told an Employe, Tori Hoffstadt to create a Drone which would appeal to First-Person shooter games and then allow gamers to pilot it. in February 2016 Tori hired 6 people to develop the software and complete missions. When Jake Logan thought the target was a camp for Insurgents he bombed it, sadly, it turned out it was an elementary school, Killing 372 people, mainly children and teachers. Unlike Jake who felt extreme remorse for his crimes, Mr. X simply covered up the incident and reported it as a success.
He would go on to send Letters to employes of Peakstone, thanking them and sending them reports of causalities and statistics, and when Jake Logan found out that he killed hundreds of Children, he tried to kill the coders and Tori for Revenge.
