Ms. Carter is the main antagonist of the 2002 music video for Martha McBride's Concrete Angel.
Biography
Ms. Carter is smoking alone at her bedroom while her daughter, Angela, whom she abusing, goes to a school alone. While goes to a school, Angela got teased by two kids and sees a mother hugging her child, which she wishes that she could have a good mother. While on a classroom, the teacher noticed the bruises on Angela's arms but ignore it.
Angela sit alone while seeing the boys playing soccer. Finally, Angela feel happy when she met an unnamed boy. They were talking each other and became friends.
Angela and the unnamed boy talk each other when they were on their houses. Unfortunately, the mother discovered Angela talking an unnamed boy, abusing and murdering Angela while the boy witnessed it. Later, the ambulance and the police arrived at the crime scene while the unnamed boy saw it. Possibly, Angela's mother was arrested.
The boy and the five people were attending Angela's funeral. The boy leave the cemetery as a ghost, reveal that he himself was abused and murdered by his parents. He reunited with Angela Carter and they were finally together happily with the kids in the end.
