Ms. Penelope is a major antagonist in the musical film K-12 by Melanie Martinez. She is a teacher and gets in the way of turning Crybaby, the movies protagonist, into a puppet. She is portrayed by Olga Kovacs.
Personality
Ms. Penelope appears quite suspicious. She puts on a kind and polite facade, but is actually much more devious. She has a lot of stuff she hates ^, most notably being tardy in her class and is generally very strict. She enjoys teasing and punishing students, by humiliating them in front of the class. It is also seen she is Crybaby´s 3rd grade science teacher.
Biography
She is sitting in her classroom until Crybaby enters the room. All the students start looking at her, then she looks at Crybaby with a creepy smile. Then off camera, Crybaby is turned into a puppet by her for being tardy. She starts shaking the crane, then she looks at the students and then they cheer, after that, she starts to laugh in a creepy manner.
