Mucus is the green slime-like mushroom-based Sporix Beast, a former general of the Void Family, a major antagonist in Power Rangers Dino Fury and a supporting character in Power Rangers Cosmic Fury.
She was voiced by Torum Heng in her first acting role. She also played Mucus' human form.

Past[]
Roughly 65 million years ago, the Sporix were created on the planet Rafkon by military leaders who were hoping to use them as weapons against an unknown approaching evil. However, the Sporix were created from evil and misery so they turned against their creators with the ultimate goal of exterminating all life in the universe. The Knights of Rafkon fought to save their planet but. although they fought hard, the Sporix ravaged their home and removed almost all traces of life from the planet, leaving only a few survivors. The Sporix then turned their attention to Earth but the remaining Knights had managed to escape Rafkon and tracked the Sporix Beasts to Earth where they engaged them in battle with the help of dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures.
However, after multiple defeats and deaths, the Sporix Beasts became so powerful they gained the ability to enlarge and forced the Knights of Rafkon to retreat. Fortunately, the Morphin Masters arrived and enhanced the Knights of Rafkon and their dinosaur allies by turning the Knights into the Dino Fury Rangers and the dinosaurs into Zords. With their new powers, the new Rangers defeated the Sporix Beasts and trapped them back in their Sporix Cell forms which they kept in a chest.
Dino Fury Season 1[]
When the Sporix are accidentally released in the modern day during Void Knight's invasion of Dinohenge, Mucus is amongst the Sporix Beasts that escape.
Mucus first appears during the BuzzBlast presentation of J-Borg; hatching near Pine Ridge Dam and attacking a random hiker who wants to poke her egg with a stick. The Dino Fury Rangers witness this transformation on television and confront Mucus but she manages to reform even after being reduced to slime by Zayto. Right after, Shockhorn arrives and summons an army of Hengemen to help and initially attacks Mucus as he hates being called horsey, but Mucus swears her loyalty to their master Void Knight and they join forces before teleporting away. Mucus later accompanies both Shockhorn and Void Knight to force the captive Dr. Akana to use the Knight's scanner alongside her drone to locate more Sporix. However, thanks to the Rangers who distract the villains, Akana sends the drone right down on Shockhorn which destroys the scanner and forces Mucus to escape with Void Knight. After the defeat of Shockhorn, Void Knight brings Mucus to his base in Area 62 and puts the Sporix in his machine before telling her that they will have to find more Sporix.
From that point onwards, Mucus supports Void Knight and collects many new Sporix Cells and summoning Sporix Beasts. Mucus is unaware of Tarrick's true human identity and his true motivations to resurrect his beloved wife Santaura by collecting the Sporix cells and placing them into his machine, which is designed to revive Santaura. Mucis frequently fights the Dino Fury Rangers, but she is weak physically and prefers her Sporix to fight the Rangers instead; running from the battlefield when confronted directly. Throughout the season, Mucus and Void Knight create and use multiple plans and schemes to destroy the Power Rangers and activate Tarrick's machine, but their plans are frequently foiled by the Rangers. Void Knight creates multiple new generals to aid him in his plans, such as Slyther, whom Mucus quickly befriends. When Reaghoul comes to Area 62 with a resurrected Lord Zedd to get a Sporix Cell, Mucus assists Zedd and Reaghoul in their plan of destroying the Rangers, but the villains fail again. The scheme ends in the Rangers freeing Zedd from Reaghoul's control and Zedd escaping, and swearing to return to his old ways and getting revenge on the Rangers.
Eventually, near the finale of the season, Mucus, Slyther, Reaghoul and a ressurected Boomtower help Void Knight tp kidnap Dr. Akana who is thrown into a vortex. Reaghoul also betrays and throws Mucus and Slyther in after her when Void Knight leaves. When Zayto destroys Reaghoul and saves Dr. Akana, Mucus and Slyther are both left behind as the last apparent survivors of their army after Void Knight's apparent death. By Christmas however, Mucus and Slyther somehow manage to escape and plan to avenge Void Knight by destroying the Rangers. Mucus tells Javi and Solon via a hologram of herself projected from a Christmas card that she and Slyther have planted a bomb to destroy Dinohenge, and that they have only ten minutes to find and deactivate it before it explodes. After their failure, Mucus and Slyther flee to Area 62.
Dino Fury Season 2[]
Slyther and Mucus try to break into Void Knight secret room with a wrecking ball but this fails due to the door's strength. After Slyther is forced to reform Mucus (much to their disgust), Void Knight (having survived his apparent death) contacts them them via his screen. When asking if that's the real Void Knight, Bitscream teleports in and threatens to destroy them if they dare to question Void Knight again.
Mucus helps Tarrick to collect enough Sporix cells and Void Knight finally manages to revive his beloved Santaura, however, Santaura goes insane and used the Sporix Cells to transform herself into the evil Void Queen. After the defection of Tarrick, who betrays the Void Family and joins the Rangers, Mucus, Slyther and Wreckmate become Void Queen's top minions and swear loyalty to their new mistress, who takes control of Area 62. Mucus and her comrades again help Sabtaura create new plans of destroying the Rangers and taking over the Earth, but the villains fail again multiple times.
Near the finale, Mucus accompanies Void Queen to BuzzBlast but, when Void Queen creates her cocoon, Mucus makes the mistake of touching it and is destroyed, reverting to her unhatched form which is then absorbed into the cocoon. After the Nemesis Beast is destroyed and Santaura is restored to normal, Mucus is revealed to have survived, as she is seen flowing away in slime form, giggling. As a result, she becomes the only Sporix Beast not to be reclaimed by the Morphin Masters since they are unaware of her continued existence. Six months later, it is revealed that she reunited with Slyther and the two redeemed generals have opened their own circus called Dr Sly's Magical Mushroom Circus, advertised by flyers near Aiyon's Café.
Cosmic Fury[]
Mucus and Slyther continue their circus, until Lord Zedd invaded Earth and destroyed their tent.
Aiyon eventually caught up with them after a performance, and, despite being human, recognized them. After reading their thoughts, Aiyon brought them back to the Rangers, intending to use them to find the Triceratops statue that is corrupting Ollie. As Mucus continued expressing her hatred of being human, Zayto destroys the Wish Charm she used to return her back to her original look. After destroying Squillia Naire, Slyther masqueraded as her while Mucus pretended to be 'Squilla's' lawyer in order to reach Eltar. Although they manage to destroy the statue, they were caught soon after, and Ollie, pretending to still be evil, has them contained with Mucus in a small jar
Ollie, Mucus, and Slyther were eventually rescued by the Rangers, who take on Zedd, who was then betrayed by Bajillia Naire before capturing the Rangers.
Mucus and Slyther rescue the Rangers in a seized Squidrill and help provide their escape, until the Squidrill was destroyed and they helplessly float around space. Mucus and Slyther were eventually rescued and were working on stage lighting during Javi's concert.
