N[1], also known as The Facade and its fake identity Nicholas Beringer is a supporting antagonist in the analog horror franchise The Mandela Catalogue. It is a Type Three Alternate who is both famous and most known/iconic Alternate in franchise.
In The THINK Principle, Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, it is portrayed by YouTuber and musician Caliboi Crawford, and In Vol. 5, it is portrayed by WeirdWock, the animator who maked both its scene and 2D animations of Vol. 5.
Biography[]
Canon[]
The Mandela Catalogue Vol.1[]
N appears at the near to the end of The THINK Principle section when it is given as an example of Unnamed type (in original Vol. 1, Type Three) Alternates in The THINK Principle's "KNOW YOUR ENEMY" section.
The Mandela Catalogue Vol. 2[]
A brief cameo by N occurs when, in response to Adam's question about who they are, 6 displays images from previous episodes on the TV.
The Mandela Catalogue Vol. 5[]
Throughout the episode, N torments and stalks Jude Murray.
When Jude's TV starts flashing red lights, N's hand appears through the door. N feels the door, and leaves. The door then suddenly opens.
After Jude wakes up after falling off of his bed, he looks at the TV and sees footage of his safehouse. He then goes downstairs and sees N peeking through his window. N, seemingly noticing him, goes to the door. As the latter gets inside of the house, Jude runs up the stairs and rushes into a closet. N is then waiting at the door, as Jude starts screaming at the former. After the footage glitch, Jude is seen running to his bed as N walks into the room and stares down at Jude. Jude then has M.A.D. transmitted to him. Jude's fate is unknown, but it is speculated that N killed him or lefted him alive so he can die in pain and suffering.
Non-Canon[]
The THINK Principle[]
N first appears at the end of the episode when it is given as an example of Type Three Alternates in The THINK Principle's "KNOW YOUR ENEMY" section. Then it appears in the bedroom corner of an unidentified person (who is likely Mark, Cesar or Cesar's mother).

Trivia[]
- In Vol. 3, Jude Murray mentioned in a call that there is someone staring at him in the corner, not moving. This might be N watching Jude since that was the plot of volume 5.
- But it also can be The Alternate and Home Intruder.
- N was speculated to be the Murray Residence Alternate or Cesar's Alternate.
- According to WeirdWock during the Alex Kister drama; Cesar's Alternate, The Murray Residence Alternate and N is the same character.[2] But Alex were confirmed this was fake.[3] Also the WeirdWock's messages were also likely not from WeirdWock because WeirdWock is still part of Alex's team and there is no reason for Alex to tell that much of story to WeirdWock.
- N is usually (especially its original design) seen as how all Alternates looks like even if its not true.
- N's makeship plush revealed that N is really the alternate of Nicholas Beringer but not Nicholas Beringer himself.
- N's throwback appearance is same with his non-canon appearance.
- N's page was deleted in past because of The THINK Principle video got privated and he wasn't done anything villainous on that (and other) video(s).
