~ Nadal and Aladeen |
Nadal, also known as Nuclear Nadal, is the deuteragonist of the 2012 film The Dictator. He served as the Head of the Wadiyan Nuclear Program and as the Procurer of Women. He was believed to have been executed due to an argument with Admiral General Aladeen. However, he survived and now resides in New York, where he has a mundane job. Hoping to regain his former position, he assists Aladeen, who recently lost control of Wadiya.
He was portrayed by Jason Mantzoukas.
Biography[]
Nadal, the head of the nuclear program, disagreed with Haffaz Aladeen about the missile's shape, suggesting Aladeen's ideas came from cartoons like Professor Popeye. After stating they would "agree to disagree", Aladeen ordered Nadal's execution.
In New York's Little Wadiya district, populated by refugees, including those Aladeen had supposedly ordered to be executed, Aladeen tries to conceal his identity in the Death to Aladeen restaurant. However, he's recognized as the beardless Aladeen. Nadal steps in to save him, misrepresenting the the truth and passing him off as his cousin. Aladeen attempts to negotiate with Nadal to seek his help in regaining power. Eventually, Nadal agrees to help Aladeen retake control of Wadiya on one condition: that he will be reinstated as the Head of the nuclear program and the missile be rounded at the top.
