Biography[]
Past[]
Nam-Ek served General Zod loyally and acted as his counselor during the civil war against Black Zero. When Zod was captured and sentenced to the Phantom Zone, Nam-Ek and Aethyr fled Krypton before it was destroyed with the Brain InterActive Construct in the Black Ship making Earth its destination. However, their ship laid dormant until it received a sign.
Season Four[]
The Black Ship came to Earth during the 2005 meteor shower, after the Crystal of Air was stained with the blood of Genevieve Teague and activated a beacon. The ship's crash-landing was witnessed by Lana Lang in Lawson's Field.
Season Five[]
Nam-Ek and Aethyr exited the ship and encountered Lana who begged them not to hurt her before the Smallville police force arrived and tried to apprehend them. They quickly took care of them by using their heat vision and killed most of them. They massacred the entire police force leaving only Deputy Harris and Greg Flynn alive.
The disciples super speed to the Kawatche caves underneath Smallville and met Lex Luthor, asking him if he was Kal-El. Nam-Ek grabbed him by the neck and determined he wasn't Kal-El because Lex bleeds. They took the key from his hand and left abruptly.
The pair traversed Smallville in search of Kal-El, leaving a trail of destruction and brutality in their wake. They were sent by their master to look for Kal-El, and terrorized Smallville in search of him. The two believed themselves to be the last survivors of Krypton. Nam-Ek and Aethyr later went to the Smallville Medical Center in their search and confronted Jonathan Kent and Lois Lane. Lois tried to confront them, but they choke her and threw Jonathan across the room.
Lana appears and lures the Kryptonians to the mansion, claiming to know where to find Kal-El. Arriving at the mansion, Lana said he was in the vault, secretly trying to trick them into the kryptonite-filled room. They entered and became weakened by the radiation but Nam-Ek managed to stagger away from the vault and regain his strength, long enough to place the lead-lined door back on. The two recover and threw Lana across the room.
Clark arrived at the mansion where the disciples asked him to join them in order to transform Earth into a New Krypton. But Clark refused to help them. In that moment, Aethyr removed her bracelet and threw it at Clark that opened a portal to the Phantom Zone. However, Clark managed to resist being sucked in and knocked them into the portal they opened instead trapping them behind a shard of glass that vanished into space.
Season Six[]
Months later, Nam-Ek encountered fellow Zoner Raya aiding Clark after he had been sent to the Phantom Zone by the escaped Zod possessing Lex's body. Nam-Ek sought vengeance against Clark for imprisoning him and attempted to kill him, but Raya convinced him that she was only using Clark because his blood could open the portal out of the Zone. As they reached the gateway, they started to fight and Raya was able to stab Nam-Ek, but Aethyr retaliates by stabbing Raya in the back.
