Napalm Man is generally considered a walking weapon, so even his allies fear him, resulting in his lack of friends. He is very loyal and more intelligent and diplomatic than his appearance would suggest.

Napalm Man is designed to be a walking weapon. He has 6 missiles on his shoulder and 2 on his hands, as well as a rocket on his head. His feet are designed to look like a tank. Napalm Man is mostly purple with yellow accents. His missiles on his shoulders are blue while his rocket and hand missiles are red.

Mega Man 5[]
Napalm Man was created by Dr. Wily to protect his secret weapon factory. In battle, Napalm Man shoots missiles from his forehead. He also will jump towards to Mega Man and shoot napalm bombs upwards to harm Mega Man. His weakness is the Crystal Eye. Napalm Man reappears in the boss rush who is defeated again.

In Mega Man IV, Napalm Man is one of the four bosses on the Wily station. His move-set is the same as in his origin game. His weakness is the Pharaoh Shot.

Napalm Man appears as one of the six bosses in the course "Mega Mam 3-6". He will shoot missiles of his forehead and six missiles from his shoulders. His weakness is the Gemini laser.
Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters[]
He reappears in this games as well. He is the same as in The Power Battle.
Mega Man: Battle & Chase[]
Napalm man is a playable character in Mega Man: Battle and Chase. He wishes to use the money from winning to build a weapons museum. If the player wins, he builds the museum, but nobody visits it. When someone comes to look at it but calls the museum boring, Napalm man becomes enraged and accidentally destroys it.
Mega Man (Game Gear)[]
Napalm Man is one of the four bosses in the Mega Man videogame for the Game Gear. His move set is the same. His weakness is the flash stopper.
Rockman Strategy[]
Napalm Man appears as a recurring enemy in Rockman Strategy. He was first dispatched by Doctor Wily alongside Heat man to aid Leo. He was later seen as part of the "tribe" alongside Tomahawk Man and Pharaoh Man. He has 10 missiles instead of 6 and does not have the rocket on his back.
Super Smash Bros.[]
Napalm Man appears in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a novice primary attack spirit. His spirit battle is a stamina battle on the Wily Castle stage against three Snakes who have increased power on explosion and fire attacks and favor neutral specials. A remix of Napalm Man's theme can be played on the Wily Castle stage.
Mega Man (Ruby-Spears)[]
Napalm Man only appears in the opening of the Mega Man cartoon.
Mega Man: Upon a Star[]

Napalm Man dislikes metal detectors, possibly because his body contains weapons, which Metal Detectors were designed to find.
Napalm Man's quote in Mega Man: Battle and Chase, "I'll be back", is a reference to the Terminator. It is also one of the only lines he says in English instead of Japanese.
