Nash is a shark-like cyborg from the planet Barin who serves as one of Emperor Velo's racing champions in the video game Crash Nitro Kart.
He is voiced by Billy West in Crash Nitro Kart and Dwight Schultz in Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled.
History[]
Crash Nitro Kart[]
After Team Bandicoot or Team Cortex earn all the Trophies found on Barin, Emperor Velo will summon Nash to his colosseum so they can race for a Key to the next planet. Upon appearing before his opponents, Nash immediately starts taunting them and quickly expresses his eagerness to race. He then starts to get angry with Velo for not starting one already, but backs down when the emperor shows his annoyance with him.
If Team Bandicoot beats Nash, he will lose his temper after the heroes denied his request to give him the Key back. However, Coco uses her laptop to hack Nash's brain and put him to sleep before Velo teleports him away.
If Team Cortex beats Nash, Dr. N. Gin proposes to Neo Cortex that they should try creating cybernetic sharks as henchmen. But Cortex is not so sure considering how Nash lost the race. Nash will then lose his temper after being denied his Key back before being teleported away by Velo.
Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled[]
Nash returns as a playable character in this game, and can be unlocked by purchasing him at a pit stop using Wumpa Coins. He is a Acceleration class driver.
Personality[]
Because Nash's cybernetics were programmed to keep him moving fast at all times, he is extremely hyperactive and unable to slow down or even sleep unless someone hacks into his mind with a computer. Nash is also rude, aggressive, highly strung, cocky, and very temperamental, seemingly all because he needs to keep moving (which presumably causes Coco to pity him).
