Biography[]
Background[]
Natacha was a girl who lived with her parents until she was lured to the witch's apartment by a unicorn, her favorite animal. She was one of many children the witch would kidnap and devour, but Natacha managed to convince the witch not to kill her. Winning the witch's trust by pretending to like her and wishing to be like her, thus becoming her favorite, Natascha would devise a plan to escape the apartment. She kept diaries in various books the witch owned, putting single entries in each of them to keep from arousing suspicion. In time, Natacha learned of a sleeping potion and tricked the witch into taking it.
With the witch asleep, Natacha was able to escape the apartment. However, when she returned home, she found that parents had moved away. Scared and alone, believing her parents had forgotten her, Natacha returned to the witch's apartment and began her plans to use the latter's magic for her own ends.
Sealing the witch within a coffin and harvesting her magic in the form of mist which she kept in a perfume bottle, Natacha would become a witch herself and claimed ownership over the apartment. The mist would grant her the witch's powers. In order to prevent the real witch from waking up, Natacha would use stories like the books the former owned to keep her asleep. These stories had no happy endings and were all about things like fear, suffering, and death which were like lullabies to the witch.
For several years, Natacha would continue the witch's misdeeds of kidnapping children. Unlike the real witch, however, she would never kill nor eat the children she took, though would still enslave and abuse them. Natascha would force the children she kidnapped to serve her in the apartment, doing things like menial chores and hard labor. She would punish those who defied her, did not live up to her expectations, or were no longer useful to her. Children who Natacha no longer wanted would be transformed into dolls, stored and put on display in a glass cabinet in the apartment, but still alive.
