Ned is the secondary antagonist of the Phineas and Ferb episode "The Ballad of Bubba Doof". He is a makeshift robot built by Bubba Doofenshmirtz to serve as his assistant.
Role[]
Just like Norm was created to serve Heinz Doofenshmirtz, Ned was created to serve Bubba. He was first seen when Bubba presents his Beaverinator to a captured Perry before getting Ned to activate it. The inator causes the beavers to be hypnotized, allowing Ned to tell the beavers to break down their dams, all part of Bubba's plan to merge the swamps together. Ned also places Perry on top of a boiling stove, as Bubba intends to kill and eat Perry for lunch.
However, Major Monogram and Carl barged into Bubba's shack, allowing them to free Perry. Ned attempts to attack the heroes using a shovel and pitchfork, but Monogram trips Bubba, causing him to smack into Ned, destroying him instantly.
