He is a young cameraman with black hair and a blonde streak.
History[]
He is first seen when Mystery Incorporated arrives at the museum alongside Heather Jasper Howe, and he soon becomes part of the tour. Some time later, the Pterodactyl Ghost attacks and drags Shaggy and Scooby, causing the gang to be discredited. Later on, he is soon present whenever Heather is as well. After Heather is revealed as the evil figure, but is the mad scientist. Jonathan Jacobo, Ned is revealed as the accomplice, and he is horrified to discover that he was in love with a man.
