Biography[]
Mighty Mom and Dyno Dad meet the Crimson Chin[]
Timmy first learned of the Nega-Chin while hanging out with the Crimson Chin and defeated several villains together. Not knowing who the villain looked like, Timmy accidentally brought the Nega-Chin to the real world when his parents came looking for Timmy when he hadn't cleaned his room. Mistaking the Nega-Chin for the real one, Timmy had Cosmo and Wanda take him to the treehouse and giving them the order to give him whatever he needed. Using this, the Nega-Chin had Cosmo and Wanda bring several other villains, the Bronze Kneecap, the Iron Lung, the Brass Knuckles, and the Titanium Toenail out of the comic, as well as immunity from being wished back into the comic and that Cosmo and Wanda's magic couldn't hurt them. The Nega-Chin also wished that Timmy couldn't wish his room clean, just to be evil. Realizing that Cosmo and Wanda couldn't do anything directly to the villains, Timmy wished his parents were their superhero persona of Mighty Mom and Dyno Dad again. While the duo was able to defeat the other villains, the Nega-Chin used his Nega-Vision to drain the wish away from the Turners. Realizing they needed help, Timmy called in the Crimson Chin and his past selves for help, forcing the Nega-Chin to wish them back.
The Big Superhero Wish[]
What no one noticed was the Nega-Chin sent his smaller ally, Short-Fuse, to spy on Timmy in the event of superpowered weirdness. He got his chance when Timmy wished the world would be like a comic, turning the inhabitants of the planet into heroes and villains. Kidnapping the Crimson Chin, the Nega-Chin stole his identity and recruited the Bull-e, Dr. Crocktopus, and the Baby-Shredder, the villainous alter egos of Francis, Mr. Crocker, and Vicky respectively, to trick Timmy into wishing for a world without heroes and villains. This way, the Nega-Chin would cover Timmy's mouth, and cut him off at heroes, not villains. Using the loophole, he captured Cosmo and Wanda so Timmy couldn't fix this. The de-powered Crimson Chin would rally the kids and ordinary heroes, a firewoman, a janitor, and a milk man who previously let Timmy down to help. The group is successful in apprehending the Nega-Chin's cohorts and freeing the fairies. Shocked, the Nega-Chin can't understand where he went wrong, only for Timmy to say it was the writer's fault. This inspires the Nega-Chin to escape into the real world again, this time to beat up the writer of the Crimson Chin comics.
Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators[]
The Nega-Chin was last seen as a cameo in The Jerkinators! as he uses a newly found "Scepter of nega-negatude", teaming up with the other Crimson Chin villains and defeating the Crimson Chin. But with the might of Cleft and Jimmy Neutron as "Brain Boy", he was easily defeated.
