Eeballaw Selteeb, codename Negative Numbuh 4, is the main antagonist of the Codename: Kids Next Door episode "Operation: P.O.O.L."
He is Wallabee Beetles' Negaverse counterpart and the former supreme leader of the Destructively Nefarious Kids who despises children and aims to enslave all of them despite being one himself. Unlike Wallabee, he has a black goatee of which he is very proud and red outlines around his eyes.
He was voiced by Dee Bradley Baker, who also voiced his positive counterpart.
History[]
Past[]
Not much is known about Eeballaw's past, except that he founded the DNK to oppress all children and make them do chores for lazy and demanding adults. He was successful in taking over the Negaverse, and aimed to expand his rule to the positive universe, discovering the pool leading there at some point before the events of "Operation: P.O.O.L." and sending his operative Eizzil Enived there to kidnap Lizzie Devine.
Operation: P.O.O.L.[]
He first appeared in "Operation: P.O.O.L.," when he berates Eizzil for allowing Lizzie and Numbuh 1 to escape, threatening to send her to the broccoli mines if she makes another misstep, and ordering her and Negative Numbuh 1 to get back in their positions. He sends them and the rest of Negative Sector V to capture their positive counterparts and take their place, and destroy Sector V's treehouse.
Eeballaw later appears in person with two of his minions to torture Lizzie and Sector V (sans Wallabee, who was still in the positive universe), and the prisoners laugh at his dialogue. Enraged by this, he threatens to make them fight in an arena to be his personal bodyguard while the rest would sent to his broccoli mines. Negative Numbuh 86 tries to convince him against doing this, but Negative Numbuh 4 refuses.
Later, Negative Numbuh 4 heads over to the pool and prepares to jump into the KND's world, but he finds his battered and beaten DNK operatives inside, while Numbuh 4 finds the courage to jump inside and confront his negative counterpart. DNK troops surround the pool, ready to fire at Negative Numbuh 4's command, while Numbuh 4 points out his evil counterpart's cowardice, and the fact that he is hiding behind bullies is something Wally wouldn't do. Before the DNK troops can fire, Negative Numbuh 86 comes in with the rest of the positive Sector V and gives a speech about how she would like to live her own life, inspiring the troops and making them put down their weapons.
Undeterred, Negative Numbuh 4 jumps into the positive universe and declares his intention to take it over, looking forward to the "positive experience" it will be for him. Before he can do that, Eizzil kicks him back into the Negaverse, and he is taken to the broccoli mines as Negative Numbuh 86 orders the pool drained. The DNK make peace with the LTDFCD and Daddy, promising to make the Negaverse a better place for everyone.
Operation: B.E.S.T.[]
Negative Numbuh 4 is alluded to in the mission Operation: P.O.O.L., where Numbuh 4 requests the player to help him take down the DNK and stop his negative counterpart from taking over Wally's universe.
