The Neighbor is the main antagonist of the indie game Hunted Property.

He is voiced by an unknown VA.

Biography

The neighbor or sometimes simply called the man, is a mysterious and enigmatic figure accomplice or architect of several murders that seems to have a strange relationship with the haunted apartments where the protagonist resides.

He appears several times as a hallucination or vision as a demon while in other situations he chases the protagonist hunting him with a knife and trying to kill him. In one ending he is chased by a policeman who fails to catch him in another he kills the protagonist.

In the ending where he escapes he is seen as a vision after the events.
