Nemu Hiiragi is one of the main antagonists of Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story. She is one of the three leaders of the Wings of Magius, an organization which seeks to prevents Magical Girls from becoming Witches, and the one who creates Rumors and Uwasa and spread them around Kamihama City.
She is voiced by Sumire Morohoshi in Japanese and Mela Lee in the anime adaptation English dub.
Appearance[]
Nemu has short pigtail hair with light brown color and has purple eyes. In her magical girl outfit, she consist of yellow dress with beige boots, black stockings, black cape with a gold outline, and an academic cap with a gold tassel. In her school uniform is red with black socks, she also wears glasses. Her casual wear is a simple yellow gown.
After her battle with Alina Gray during the climax of Arc 1, she is crippled and has to use a wheelchair. Although in the anime adaptation, she was already using a wheelchair by the time she became a magical girl.
Personality[]
Nemu is very intelligent and manipulative. Unlike Touka, she has a genuine affable personality as she is polite and patient, with a soft-spoken tone. She is also the first of the Magius to listen what Iroha has to say, showing that Nemu can be reasonable. She also treats her followers much kinder than Touka and Alina. Nemu met Ui and Touka at a hospital. Nemu often starts a fight with Touka, making up shortly after. Nemu loves to read stories and books, she is also very talented in making stories.

Nemu met Ui and Touka at a hospital when they all fell ill. Nemu often starts bickering with Touka over their beliefs, making up shortly after. One day, a Witch attacked the hospital and Iroha defended the girls from the Witch.
