Neo-Nazi Organization are the secondary antagonists of the anime and manga Monster by Naoki Urasawa. They are a group of wealthy elites who plan to indoctrinate Johan in to their group and make him their next Hitler.

Overview

The Organization was created by four whealthy individuals: Peter Capek, Günther Goedelitz, Ernest Sievernich and Helmut Wolf. They shared the same goal: make Johan Liebert their next Hitler and exterminate all of the "inferior races". Wolf however was only in the organization to stop the other leaders, while Ernest ended up dying and ended up being replaced by his adopted son, Christof. Capek was the one who was accumulating money while the Sievernich group ended up being the main financial backing of the group.

In 1996, 3 of the leaders and their second in command, The Baby decided to bring their plan to action: burning the Turkish District and bring out Johan by taking his sister as a hostage. However, their plans end up being ruined by Tenma and Nina, as well as Johan killing one of the leaders, Professor Goedelitz.

A year later the organization ended up allying themselves with the Czech Secret Police in order to secure the Kinderhaim 511 tape, with conteined the informations about Johan as well as the establishment. This effort ended up in vain, as Tenma and Grimmer managed to convince the secret police leader to not sell the tape but the tape itself end up being tempered by Johan.

Growing impatience, the organization kindnaped Eva Heinemann so she can help them find Johan. On his last breath, General Wolf summoned Tenema and told him about the situation, saying that he can no longer stop the remaining two organization leaders and that they will soon begin their rampage.

Eva was being taken care of by their hired gun Martin, up until on one of the parties she finally pointed out Johan in the crowd of people. With her job done, Capek and Christof ordered Martin to kill Eva. However, the bodyguard instead saved Eva and sacrifice his life in order for her to get away.

Know with finally having Johan under his grasp, Capek planned to further expand his ambition by turning Christof into Liebert appreciate, hoping to transform the young Sievernich into another "Monster". However, he didn't realize that both young man meet a long time ago and had their own plans. They assassinated The Baby, with left Capek completely paranoid, to the point of killing his own guard. With the Capek being latter killed by his remaining guards and Christof getting arrested, the Organization and it's plans end up in ruin.
