Neucom Incorporated is an organization featured in the Ace Combat series, serving as one of the four factions the player can join or fight against in Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere, and one of the two overarching antagonists (alongside General Resource) of the United Galaxy Space Force crossover series. They are a Usea-based corporation with revolutionary intentions and the main rivals of General Resource, constantly battling the company for influence.

Neucom Visual System, or NVS, is the company's news channel. Despite claiming to be independent, it's in fact under full control of Neucom and only represents its point of view.

Neucom was formed at some point after the Lighthouse War, when Erusea was forced to nationalize its air and space agency (EASA) due to its financial failures. The agency merged with a major airline corporation, founding Neucom. In the following years, the company made several breakthroughs in various science branches, such as nanotechonology, biotechnology and space exploration, but also developed a rivalry with a pre-existing megacorporation, General Resource Limited. After the latter shut down the Darkness of Enigma project, its personnel defected to Neucom. In 2039, Neucom completed the construction of Megafloat, a large floating city.
Electrosphere[]
One of Neucom scientists, Simon Orestes Cohen, in pursuit of revenge against Abyssal Dision for "stealing" Yoko Martha Inoue from him, created a simulation of a possible conflict between General Resource and Neucom. It was started by the latter company moving in to attack GR forces in Faith Park. Universal Peace Enforcement Organization stepped in to repel Neucom's agression. After the battle at Megafloat, a peace treaty was signed between the warring corporations, but was soon after broken by General Resource.
The leader of UPEO, Gabriel Clarkson, was accused by Gilbert Park of trying to defect to Neucom. Depending on Nemo's actions during the conflict, Clarkson would either get killed by him or Rena Hirose or survive and end up actually defecting to Neucom out of gratitude for sheltering him.
Eventually, UPEO fighters were tricked by Park into attacking General Resource facilities while piloting Neucom-made aircraft. Neucom assumed that it was a false flag attack conducted by General Resource as an excuse to continue conflict. Nevertheless, the attack caused a full-scale war between the two companies, during which the terrorist organization Ouroboros revealed itself to the world. Regardless of the course of action, Megafloat would get destroyed by Rena piloting the Night Raven in every variation of the conflict.
Neucom's final fate depends on Nemo's actions during the simulation: in at least two endings, the company is greatly weakened and is presumably no longer a threat; in the "Neucom" ending, it's still active; in the "Ouroboros II" ending, it signs a peace treaty with GR and UPEO and agrees to cooperate with them to locate remaining Ouroboros agents.
United Galaxy Space Force series[]
The series' official timeline shows that Neucom remained active even centuries after the Intercorporate War, which apparently eventually took place in reality, though with an unclear outcome. After the Earth's United Government is formed in 2090, General Resource and Neucom keep some level of control over it from behind the scenes for at least a thousand years.

During the Second Space Pioneer Era, the conflict between General Resource and Neucom would continue and even engulf locations in outer space.
Shin-Gun Destroy![]
After Neucom Incorporated lost its experimental Type Yellow CPU, the project was instead entrusted to General Resource.
