Personalities[]
Their personalities are completely lack any characteristics, since there's now background to their supposed murder of the Freedom fighter, nor Lukash gives any other explanations about it.
However, this quest takes 30 reputation points, which suggests that the Neutral Stalker isn't really that much of a evil person, but rather a rather "good" person who simply appeared not in the right place and time.
Appearances[]
Due to the quests nature: His appearance is completely randomized and will change every time the quest repeats itself.
Biographies[]
At some point prior Mechenyj's arrival to Freedom, the stalker killed one of their fighters for an unknown reason. His murder pissed off Lukash, the leader of Freedom, who offered Mechenyj a deal, a rare artifact for radiation resistance, Urchin in exchange of avenging their fallen brother.
Mechenyj tracks down the target and eliminates him and his group.

- Marksmanship: As Lukash says, the murderer shot dead the victim, and when Mechenyj approaches, the stalker shoots at him. Also, he is a veteran stalker and not everyone become veterans by doing nothing.

- Since its a repeatable quest, therefore there are "many" neutral stalkers who shot dead the Freedom fighter, he is labeled as "Partners In Crime" and not "Evil-Doer".
