	~ New Year Org's final words before initial demise

The New Year's Org is the main antagonist in episode 46 of 2002 TV series called Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger. He's also a New Year-themed Baron Org.

He is voiced by Naoki Tatsuta who previously voiced DD Donmo and later voiced Poppenian Hymal, Hades Beastman Gaston the Thief, Kawazugami, Zakyura and a Tombstone Shadow.

History

The New Year's Org made his first appearance at the entrance to the shrine as he introduced himself to Yabaiba and wishes him a Happy New Year and gave him some new year cash. As he continues on with his dancing Yabaiba got some words from one of the Orgettes that the Gaorangers are about to reach the Matrix, so he sent the New Year's Org to stop the team in their tracks.

A while later on the teams hike to the Matrix the New Year's Org appeared on a suspension bridge greets the team with a Happy New Year and then used one of his abilities and fired at Sotaro and Sae, so with that the duo transform and attack this org. After that the New Year's Org made a sudden retreat as Yabaiba points out that he's a weakling.

A while later the New Year's Org was in the valley as he sent Yabaiba flying in the air on a kite so that way he can spot the Gaoranger's progress to the Matrix. Once Yabaiba took the picture of the map that the team have the New Year's Org was about to real him in, but the wind picks up causing the New Year's Org to let go of the string and sending Yabaiba crashing towards a forest, as he was searching for him. After that Yabaiba (who was hanging in a tree) told the New Year's Org to execute the plan which he does.

He then arrived at one of the locations that was on the teams map and lets them know if they want to pass then they'll have to defeat him in a competition, so to this response the Gaorangers transformed and did their rollcall, so with that their about to beat this org, but he points out that New Year is a time for joy not quarreling so he provided them some New Year's game and first one is Hanetsuki Match which GaoWhite goes first in this game also here's the catch for those who lost to the New Year's Org in any of his game that he provides he use his other ability to make an explosion at the loser which was shown when Sae lost to him in the first game. The next game is a card showdown as he requires three opponents for this game as Kai, Sotaro and Tsukimaro happily plays against this org as this goes on Yabaiba and Orgettes are going to destroy the clues that lead to the Matrix that was first seen on the map.

After the break the New Year's Org wins the 2nd game with a total 27 cards as for Tsukimaro, Sotaro and Kai with of 23 cards. The third game is a spinning top match as Gaku challenges the New Year's Org to it. However New Year's Org wins that game as well as his top knocks Gaku's top out of the circle. However Kakeru has fed up with these kind of New Year's game, but the New Year's Org still have two games left such as the kite flying contest and the seven-herb porridge contest to do, but Kakeru figures out that he's stalling them, so with that the jigs is up and the battle begins with a lion dance match (which is the final new year's game for this episode) which Kakeru won in that game. So with that the New Year's Org used his Kodamatsu Cannon and fires a pair of missiles at the team, but they deflect the shot with a Evil-Crushing Hundred-Beast Sword, and then he was down for the count by the Evil-Crushing Hundred-Beast Sword and this finisher from GaoSilver called Evil-Crushing Seijuu Orbs.

However thanks to Yabaiba he manages to revive and enlarge the New Year's Org as a giant prompting the team to bring out GaoMuscle and GaoHunter Justice to battle this monster. Now during the fight the New Year's Org was about to lose to the team again, so with quick thinking Yabaiba force fed the three Orgettes with beans making them grow as giants to get the job done quickly. However it was then notice by the team so GaoHunter Justice was about to deal with those three giant Orgettes, but the New Year's Org used his Kodamatsu Cannon and sneak attack on the mecha. So they'll have to deal with the org first then the giant Orgettes to which they did by these two finishers and they are Beast Hurricane and Bear Strike.
