The Next Genome Institute are an institute conducting research on the Bugsters and the main antagonists of Kamen Rider Heisei Generations: Dr. Pac-Man vs. Ex-Aid & Ghost with Legend Rider.

Kamen Rider Ex-Aid[]
The Next Genome Institute was contracted by Kuroto Dan to kidnap Emu Hojo and extract Parado from his body. They nabbed Emu right after he won a Tekken tournament before taking him to their headquarters and performing the surgery on him to extract the Bugster.
Kamen Rider Heisei Generations: Dr. Pac-Man vs. Ex-Aid & Ghost with Legend Rider[]
After laying low for a while, the organization resurfaces when it steals technology from the Genm Corp. Unbeknownst to them, Kuroto Dan had allowed them to steal his technology to gather data on the Kamen Riders so he could create a "forbidden game".
V-Cinema[]
Following the defeat of Michihiko Zaizen, his daughter Saiko Yaotome assumed leadership of the Institute. Under her direction, the Institute allied with Kuroto Dan again to extract Another Parado from Masamune Dan's body.
