~ Unit description |
Nexus Scientists are minor antagonists in the Madness: Project Nexus series. They work for the Nexus Core, researching and creating technology, such as laser weapons, dissonance weapons, robots, etc.
Description[]
They are usually seen in many Nexus Core facilities, operating computers and other equipment. Scientists are no fighters, and are extremely weak, even weaker than an A.A.H.W. Grunt. In Classic, they don't wield any weapons and fight. However, in the sequel, they only ever engage in combat when they are under attack and have no way to escape. They are usually seen with laser pistols, but a few of them can be seen in the campaign with Dissonance and other laser weapons.
Personality[]
Scientists are very weak, but they still sound confident in their scripted dialogue, some giving orders to other scientists and sometimes even agents.
History[]
Scientists are first seen in Deep Storage, warning two agents that Christoff was sighted in the surface. They show up again in every level where the NEXUS Core makes an appearance.
They do not show up in Arena Mode.
