Nick Vosh is a robber who partnered himself with the deranged Jared Miko. He is portrayed by Michael Filipowich.
Background[]
He had a past of committing a string of robberies that landed him in prison, but he was released on parole and went to live with his father with whom he was close. Nick seemingly learned his lesson and ceased his life of crime in favor of a modest life. Unknown to his father, Nick continued his life of crime by committing more robberies with fellow robber Jared Miko. In one robbery, an ink bomb exploded in Jared's face. Due to this, Jared murdered the wife of the manager in that exchange house and left the body in the woods. One night, while getting high Nick, told Jared that he kept his money in a suitcase at his father's house.
Jared and Nick agreed to start renting trucks, because they didn't have trackers, they started illegally renting a van from Barbara "Bunny" Fletcher. At some point, she started raising the rental price, Nick didn't want to pay more and when Bunny saw they were offering a reward for catching Nick and Jared decided to go with her daughter, Erin Lindsay, to report Nick and Jared's crimes.
Erin's Mom[]
At the beginning of the episode, Nick was robbing an exchange house as usual, while Jared held hostage Dean Normark and Travis Normark, they were the husband and son of the exchange house administrator Sarah Normark. However, Detectives Erin Lindsay and Jay Halstead shoot Nick and manage to rescue Sarah. Jared ends up getting desperate, so he puts Dean and Travis in the truck, later driving the truck into a frozen lake, where Dean and Travis end up dying.
Erin Lindsay and Hank Voight would harshly interrogate Nick and would reveal Jared's identity to them.
When Jared escaped custody after secretly killing one of the inmates, Sgt. Hank Voight and Det. Alvin Olinsky visit the hospitalized Nick. Despite the doctors protesting, Voight aggressively wakes the injured Nick by dragging him outside and throwing him in the snow.
Nick agrees to talk, as the detectives reveal Jared's escape and ask where he would go. Nick realized in horror that Jared would want to flee the city, and he was likely going after Nick's stash of hundreds of thousands worth of dollars. He reveals that he got high and told Jared the money was stashed at his father's house. His only shred of decency was seen when he begged CPD to make sure that his father didn't get killed, as he called the latter a good man and reveals that he had no idea the money was there. Alvin remarked on his begging and said that he better hope they make it. Thanks to his info, Jared is found at the house, beating Nick's father who is saved in time though horrified and disappointed to hear of Nick's activities. Jared is brought back to the precinct, where he is gunned down by relative of two earlier victims.
Nick later recovered and was imprisoned for his crimes.
