Nigel, also known as the RedHead Man, is the main protagonist of the 2020 short psychological horror animation Sock Six, created by the British animator David Firth, mostly known for his work Salad Fingers.
Biography[]
Nigel is seen sitting inside of a place, where a man without a face is starting at him. In front of Nigel, there's a cubed space in which "Alan" a anonymous unseen figure is seen. Nigel tells Alan that he is hungry, and Alan ends up giving Nigel a part of a woman's face, only her nose, lips and neck. Nigel stares it, and Alan's tentacles end up dragging a woman which was sitting next to Alan inside the space. From the same space, two short eyeless men come out, and tell Nigel that he must come with them inside of their vehicle.
In the vehicle, the two short men are driving, while behind Nigel is sitting with a cow and a buff eyeless man. The cow sees Nigel holding the woman's face, and asks if the face is hers now. Nigel approved, and the cow took the face and started making out with it, telling Nigel to tell his mother that her items are trash. As the driving goes on, they end up in the woods, where multiple beings which look like the short men are seen burning to death. The two short men got out from the car, and walked into the fire, letting the fire burn them to death.
While the buff man is punching someone which is roped on a tree. Nigel is seen next to the cow, and Nigel asks the parts of the woman's face is he has permission, which escalates in Nigel making out with the cow, and Nigel ended up having sex with the cow. The cow and Nigel get back in the car, and start driving. The cow ends up eating on someone's brains, and Nigel said that it could be beef. Nigel then took parts of someone and start eating as well, and the cow said it could be parts of a human. Nigel then got out of the car, barfing from it.
Nigel is then seen laying on the floor having six rocks on the ground. He asks the cow to pick one, and Nigel did not mention number four. The cow picks number four, which escalates in Nigel murdering the cow, and laughing on the ground. Nigel then takes the parts of the woman's face and starts making out with it. The police arrives and finds that the cows-parts are placed inside of the car. The cops bring Nigel to the prison. While in Prison, a distorted woman comes in, and Nigel is laying under the toilet. The woman sits on the toilet and have a psychiatric session with Nigel. The film ends with the short-being screaming from a window towards the woman, and Nigel said that the woman is completely negative.
