Ninders are the crow-like robot footsoldiers of the Iron Cross Army and antagonists in Toei's 1978 tokusatsu series Spider-Man.
They initially wield machetes as their sole weapons, though starting with episode 5 they begin to utilize machine guns as well. They are also capable of assuming human forms to disguise themselves, though their transformations usually leave the machinery on their necks and hands exposed. Thus, many Ninders wear gloves in their human forms to cover their mechanical hands up.
History[]
A force of Ninders was brought by Amazoness with her when she was sent out to eliminate the Spider alien Garia after she called Marveller to Earth. Along the way they came across Dr. Hiroshi Yamashiro, who was investigating the starship's landing, and killed him to eliminate any witnesses. They were unable to recover the ship however, as it was instead obtained by Takuya Yamashiro after he received the ability to become Spider-Man from Garia.
