Nipulon is the secondary antagonist of the video game High on Life. They are the right-hand man of Garmantuous, and are an active member of the G3 Cartel.

Biography

Nipulon stands beside his boss Garmantuous at the start of the game, and executes Rel Delmar under his orders. He then teleports away with Garmantuous as the Bounty Hunter races to take Kenny; Rel Delmar's Gatlian gun.

Nipulon is later encountered during his boss fight, where he proceeds to attempt to mentally exhaust the Bounty Hunter by making them see hallucinations of Gene and Lizzie. Nipulon also breaks the fourth wall, tormenting the player by giving them an achievement that says that the player spent 15 hours at an alien strip club.

Nipulon is eventually defeated and killed by the Bounty Hunter, who then uses Knifey to claim a nipple off Nipulon's body to take back as proof of kill.

Trivia

• They are the only antagonist in the game that can "hurt" the actual human playing the game, as they give the player an achievement that makes it look like, to an outsider, that they spent 15 hours at an alien strip club.
• Nipulon is one of the few enemies where the Bounty Hunter loses control of their anger towards. Even without the player's controls, the Bounty Hunter mutilates Nipulon's corpse by stabbing it multiple times even after killing him, before looking at the knife in his hands, realizing himself, and stopping.
