“ | Oh yeah. You and me Doctor, we’ve battled through space, time, and half a dozen other dimensions. Broke a few of ’em, too. And the sacrifices you made trying to stop me – heartbreaking. Seriously. But I’m still ahead on points. | „ |
~ Nobody No-One talking about his future encounters with the Doctor. |
“ | Oh, the powers this place is granting me, Doctor. Just while we’ve been having our little chat, seventy-three people used the phrase “Nobody tells me what to do,” an anxious general said “No one has access to the silo room,” and a lorry driver, who’s a bad poet in his spare time, came up with the line, “Nobody stops the Earth spinning, or tells the sun when it can shine.” I’m going to have so much fun with this planet. Do you want a preview? ... In a minute. Hey, Doctor, have you heard? Nobody tells the sun when it can shine. And I say: Stop. |

~ Nobody No-One showing off his powers by turning off the sun. |
“ | Okay, here we go. The end of all life as you know it. Hold onto your hats, kids. The Great Telcarthinan Empire – all dead. The Hemvalian collective – all dead. Every Time Lord, except for the Doctor – dead. Every human, except for grandma – dead. All Daleks. All Sontarans. Fish. Plants. Insects. Birds. And everything else with legs, arms, feelers, eyes, cells, wings, feathers, scales, skin, leaves, roots, cell division, DNA, servos and simple or complex proteins, outside of this room, is – dead! Done, kabam, over, finished! Ha! How do you like them apples, Doctor?!? | „ |

For unspecified reasons, his CORDIS gives him the ability to regenerate in a similar manner to the Time Lords.
Forty-Five: The Word Lord[]
He chased the Doctor through several times and places, but never be able to kill him. For some reason, Nobody regenerated into his second incarnation in 1945. While he recovered, he hid at an alien research facility called The Forge, disguising his ship as their catch phrase, "For King and Country". He finally encounter the Doctor in the Antarctic a hundred years later. With his CORDIS now hidden as a joke, he infiltrated a top secret bunker holding an important peace summit. It is unknown if this is the first time they meet, but the Doctor already has knowledge of Word Lords and their abilities. Luckily for the Doctor, the bunker had a security black-out, no phones, books or even writing material. The Doctor was able to shut off the translation circuits to his TARDIS, forcing Nobody to flee into the only book available, a protocol guide for the bunker. However, he escaped, when one of the soldiers carelessly shouted "Nobody move".
Undated Events[]
Nobody No-One then battled the Doctor across space, time, and universes (which he broke a few of them). At some point, someone (implied to be the Doctor), tripped the CORDIS over a lost letter in the English alphabet, resulting in a crash that forced Nobody to regenerate again.
He got defeated by the Doctor again and got trapped inside the Hand of All, which the Doctor places it within his own mind, and going into hibernation in a Gallifreyan sarcophagus buried beneath the Forge.
A Death in the Family[]

In their battle, Nobody No-One threatens a soldier to say "Nobody can stop the Doctor regenerating" and "No-One has the power of life and death over the Doctor", making the Doctor unable to regenerate and die for real.
But the older Doctor set forth an elaborate long term plan in which the Hand of All could be used by his companions, Ace and Hex. The older Doctor sent Ace to meet Henry Noone, who became Ace's boyfriend, and sent Hex to the planet Pelachan, which is the location of the Hand of All.
Ace asks her boyfriend, Henry Noone, to write a story about her in 10 years as his wife, about her as Professor Dorothy Noone, and use a space-time stamp to send the letter to Hex, which he tell it to the Hand of All, bringing "Dororthy Noone", a linguistic entity like Nobody No-One, into existence.
Since the word "No-One" and "Noone" spells the same (N-O-O-N-E), and with the word "No-One has the power of life and death over the Doctor" said by a soldier at the command of Nobody No-One, Dorothy gains the power to resurrects the Doctor, and she did so. Upon becoming free, Nobody No-One kills Dororthy, but not before she once again trapped him in the Hand of All.
