Noel Crest is an overarching antagonist of HITMAN III, appearing as one of the two targets (alongside Sinhi Venthan) of the post-launch mission "Shadows in the Water".

He was voiced by Derek Hagen. who also voiced Orson Mills, Censor, Blair Reddington, Ajit "AJ" Krish & Blake Nathaniel in HITMAN 2 & Agent Montgomery & Jack Roe in the same game.

Biography[]

Noel Crest was a trusted lieutenant of Lucas Grey before his usury. Lucas Grey ordered the militia to disband, but Noel Crest intercepted this order and instead usurped control over the militia, and turned it into a ruthless mercenary organization with no regard for collateral damage in their heists.

Some time after the events of Another Life and before The Ark Society in HITMAN 2, Lucas Grey had Agent 47 eliminate Noel Crest and Sinhi Venthan, and to destroy access to an ICA computer that Crest had the militia steal as to gain access to the whereabouts of Providence assets, and to blackmail Ether Corporation with it. Beyond the danger of Crest obtaining the information within the satellite, an attack on Ether would've likely convinced Providence the militia is still a threat, impeding Grey's plan to capture The Constant. Crest also somehow gained access to the genome of the DNA specific virus that was made by Silvio Caruso and Francesca De Santis, with the intent of remaking it and annihilating all of Providence with it.

Crest traveled to Ambrose Island to negotiate with a pirate gang run by Sinhi Venthan, but Agent 47 eliminated both. Crest can be killed in a variety of ways, including Venthan murdering him, Agent 47 tricking him into dropping his cigarette on a puddle of gasoline, and firing a cannon at him or blowing him up with a boat engine.

Trivia[]

Noel Crest, along with the ICA Agents, are the only targets in the game to be armed.
