Noel Stollen is the main protagonist from the web novel, manga and anime series The Most Notorious "Talker" Runs the World's Greatest Clan. He is the grandson of Overdeath, a legendary seeker in the Bloodsword Federation.
He is voiced by Daiki Yamashita, while as young, he is vocied by Yu Wakui.
Appearance[]
Noel is a clear-skinned boy of slim construction with big red eyes and long black hair. Due to his androgynus appearance, he is sometimes confused for a girl.
He wears a red sleeveless turtleneck under a long, black trench coat with silver buttons and white fur lining on the collar, cuffs, and hem. His bottoms are white fitted pants paired with black knee-high boots with thick, grey soles. Silver buckles and details on the coat and boots, along with a leg strap on his left thigh can also be seen.

Noel is fiercely ambitious, driven by a singular desire to become the strongest Seeker, surpassing even his late grandfather. His unyielding commitment to this goal has made him cold, hardened, and ruthless, willing to employ cruelty without hesitation.
His mental resilience is formidable; setbacks don’t deter him but rather fuel his cunning and even a dark satisfaction. Prideful, scheming, and merciless, Noel maintains a deep distrust of others, seeing it as essential for self-preservation. He takes any affront—especially betrayal—very personally, retaliating against those who cross him with ruthless intensity. When Lloyd and Tania stole party funds and fled, Noel tracked them down with ease, immobilizing them with his voice. He delivered a brutal beating to Lloyd, leaving onlookers speechless, and made it clear to Tania, who begged for mercy, that he believed in "gender equality" in retribution.
This incident highlighted Noel’s sharp observational skills and meticulous planning. Recognizing Lloyd and Tania as gambling addicts, he correctly assumed the stolen money was gone and had prepared for this outcome, arranging for their sale into slavery to recoup the funds. He taunted them with a choice between slavery and near-fatal forced labor, savoring their terror. His keen insight also shone through when he identified Lycia simply by her scent and a process of elimination.
A skilled manipulator, Noel has a talent for negotiation and persuasion, able to sway others with charm, provocation, or subtle coercion. His fearlessness extends even to dealing with powerful figures like Finocchio Barzini, confidently challenging and then deftly placating him with carefully chosen words despite Barzini's irritation.
Likewise, he is capable of using others for his objectives. Which is demonstrated by initially "warning" the Silver Wings group of having a traitor among the group, only to later take advantage of their failure to defeat the test monster, causing Silver Wings to Dissolve.
To fulfill his objective, he chooses to gather stronger companions, but he hopes that they are "indomitable" and despite their malice, to manipulate others, he also gives opportunities to those of said group for the latter's objectives, especially if they comply with Noel's expectations.
