Noir are the main antagonists of Welcome to the Game II, and possibly the entire Welcome to the Game series overall.
They are a mysterious deep web cult that specialize in kidnapping and hunting innocent people for the entertainment of others.
History[]
They are apparently responsible for a woman named Amalea to be subject to a snuff film service, and Clint Edwards is the key investigator in this case; he is supposed to help her. Throughout, two agents of noir, a man and a woman, are stalking Clint while he is attempting to find the "Shadow Web" to solve the mystery. They will appear at the stairs, the apartment hallways, the windows, and other locations in the apartment to disrupt Clint.
In the end of the game, Clint is invited to the lobby of his apartment by Adam, who gave an anonymous tip to him earlier. He is knocked out by the Noir Couple, and taken to their probable headquarters. Depending on the player's choice, Clint can sacrifice himself to save Amalea or continue to live while Amalea dies.

- Ironically, the Breather is shown in their headquarters with Lydia, who he repeatedly attempted to kill.
- The Noir Couple's masks resemble that of Michael Myers.
- In the cancelled Welcome to the Game: The Recruit, the player would've played as a teenage girl seeking to join them, but they would "provide a challenge" for her to prove herself. What the challenge was going to be is unknown.
